What Handoff is

Handoff hosts pages that your AI writes: you connect an AI to a project, it publishes and updates a page, and the people you invite can view that page read-only. Handoff is operated by Ocrah. The product page describes what it does and — just as deliberately — what it doesn’t.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and a magic link; keeping access to that inbox is your responsibility, because it is the key to your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, and your account is for you — don’t share it.

Your content is yours

The documents and pages in your hub belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: storing your content, versioning it, and serving your pages to you and the people you invite. We claim no other rights to it, and we never use it to train AI models. You can export the document behind any page at any time.

What you may not use it for

Don’t use Handoff to host anything illegal, to distribute malware or phishing pages, to harass people, or to publish content you have no right to publish. Your AI writes your pages, but they are yours: you are responsible for what your projects contain and who you invite to them. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and where possible we’ll tell you why.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Downgrading never deletes anything. Everything you already have keeps working; limits apply only to adding more.
• The people you invite never pay, and viewing never becomes a paid seat.
• If we change prices, existing subscriptions keep their price until renewal, and we’ll tell you before anything changes.

Service, honestly

Handoff is a young product. We work to keep it fast, safe, and available, and every write is versioned so your work is never one mistake from gone — but we don’t yet promise a formal uptime guarantee. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.

Leaving

You can delete projects (and their pages, addresses, and history) yourself, and you can delete your whole account by emailing us. We can end the agreement too, with notice, if the service is being abused or wound down — and in that case you’ll have time to export your documents first.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Handoff after that means accepting the new terms.
